After experiencing a deep grief reaction, I attended a CONTROL workshop which facilitated a huge change in my patterns of thought and behaviour. It was a very dark time, but the CONTROL system helped me to move forward and to function in life again, when I felt stuck, lost and numb.
So amazed by being able to move on with my life, focus on work again and the speed at which this system made lasting changes, I went on to train as a CONTROL Practitioner/Remedial Hypnotist, so I could share the benefits with my clients. I felt it was the missing link in my mind body connection tool kit.
What is The CONTROL System?
It is a 7-step system for change, which will facilitate programming yourself for success. Although it is classed as a form of remedial hypnosis, it uses non trance methods, so you are completely awake, empowered and in control, during the process.
The CONTROL System is a direct method of creating rapid and positive change, in the way that you think, feel and behave.
The system utilises the way your mind works best, enabling you to gain control of your subconscious patterns of thought, giving you the power to remove any blockages and limiting beliefs, that hold you back.
By using direct communicating with the most powerful and creative part of your mind, the CONTROL system puts you back in charge of your own thoughts and responses.
Whether you use it every day or just once in a lifetime, as soon as you know the system you will have a permanent means of updating your automatic patterns of thought and programming yourself for success.
The CONTROL system provides the missing link between the brain body connection, helping you gain ultimate control over those issues that you want to change.
WHAT CAN I USE CONTROL FOR?
CONTROL can be used to empower you, to change almost any current pattern of thought that you are unhappy with.
The beliefs that restrict us and prevent us from reaching our true potential, are all at some point learnt at a subconscious level. Yet often we become consciously aware that certain beliefs or patterns of thought are now out of date and do us no good, but we struggle to be able to change them by ourselves.
The control system will help you to easily access those thoughts and easily change them, by removing the barriers that get in the way.
The CONTROL system has been used by thousands of people to deal with hundreds of different issues:
Here are just a few things that CONTROL can assist:
Alcoholism Allergies Anger issues Anorexia
Anxiety Bad habits Bereavement Blushing
Birth trauma Bruxism (teeth grinding) Bulimia Burnout
Career changes Childhood trauma Confidence Depression
Fears of any kind Gambling addiction Guilt Habits
Headaches Insomnia Irrational Thoughts IBS Jealousy
Memory Migraines Motivation Mindset Nail Biting Nightmares Night Terrors
OCD Pain relief Performance anxiety Phobias Positivity Public speaking
Self Esteem Self sabotage Sleep Apnoea Smoking Cessation Snoring Sports Performance
Stammering Stress relief Trauma Weight control
How does The CONTROL system work?
There are two major parts to our thinking; the conscious and subconscious. Whilst our conscious represents the thoughts we are aware of, it is our subconscious that controls our feelings, behaviours and beliefs. When we attempt to change the way we think, feel or behave, we often struggle to make any impact and find ourselves in the frustrating situation, of knowing how we SHOULD be thinking, but experiencing something quite different. This is because our efforts involve using our conscious mind, when it is our subconscious that is in charge of change.
The CONTROL system teaches you how to communicate with your subconscious, in a way that gets heard, enabling you to make the required changes quickly and easily, without having to fight or go through any lengthy retraining process.
Liken it to gently tapping an egg shell to reveal the golden yolk, which you can turn into a cooked egg of choice, as opposed to using other methods, which are akin to trying to crack open a boulder with a toy hammer (It makes changing that boulder really hard work!).
What makes CONTROL different?
Where other systems tell you the value of making changes and taking action, CONTROL is a step by step system for making those changes. It doesn’t tell you why you should be doing this, it gives you the tools to actually DO IT!
Once learnt, you will have this system, as a go to strategy, whenever you want to make changes to your pre-programmed subconscious patterns. You will be empowered to make changes whenever you want to, putting you back in charge and in control of yourself and your life.
What to expect?
The programme consists of 4 sessions.
Session 1; the consultation is an important part of the treatment phase. It gives us time to get to know each other, for you to have time and space to share information, about the issue that you would like to change, and the system is explained to you, so you understand exactly how we will be working together.
The program then consists of 3 further treatment sessions, which facilitate and consolidate the changes made and you are taught how to use the system for yourself.
3 sessions are usually all that are required; occasionally extra sessions may be necessary, but only if we both agree that they are required.
The sessions are NOT time limited. I will take the necessary time to achieve the right outcome for you. Allow approximately 1-1.5 hours per session.
How much will it cost?
A 4-session programme is an investment of £597
Extra sessions (if required) are £150
