Swedish Holistic Massage can be used for relaxation or to energise; it is more invigorating than an Aromatherapy massage. It is tailored specifically to your needs and incorporates deep tissue techniques, using slow, firm strokes and pressure to ease muscular release and to reduce tension, deep in your muscles.
Areas to be treated include the full body, or a combination of the back, buttocks, legs, feet, arms, hands, abdomen, décolleté or torso (men) and neck. The face and head can also be included, if you wish.
Please allow up to 30 minutes, for your consultation time, during your appointment. The consultation is an important part of your treatment, to provide time for you to share any difficulties you may have.

To make your experience even more relaxing and personalised, all treatments can include the use of essential oils, tailored to your needs, at no extra cost. This will offer an added dimension to your treatment, to target your physical and psychological well-being.

How much time should you allocate?
All treatment sessions are two hours. This allows time for you to share your story and difficulties, as well as time for me to assess your needs and carry out your bespoke treatment.

Written parental consent is required for 16-18 year olds and a supervising adult needs to be present, for anyone under the age of 16.
