Baby massage is a way of expressing love, care and respect through touch. It’s an interaction that involves gentle strokes and caresses over the infant’s skin. It’s a form of massage that is carried out by parents or caregivers with their infants.
Learn how to confidently massage your baby, over a 6 week course, in a friendly and relaxed environment, in Whitstable.
Groups are suitable for babies from 4 weeks to pre crawling age. The class size is deliberately kept to a maximum of 8 parents to provide quality teaching and a friendly atmosphere.
If your baby is under 4 weeks old, then one to one sessions would be recommended, as a group can be over whelming for a small baby.
If your baby is crawling, then one to one sessions or a Story massage group, will be more appropriate.
If you want to continue your massage journey, follow on courses are also available, for babies, which incorporate Story Massage along with traditional baby massage techniques. For more information on Story massage please click here.
MOTH Therapies also runs regular Daddy only massage sessions. A lovely opportunity for Daddy, to learn the benefits of baby massage first hand and to bond with baby.
Private sessions can also be arranged with couples, a small group of friends, in Whitstable or at a venue of your choice (extra travel and venue costs may apply).

Classes are held in Whitstable and Ramsgate
* Each class lasts for 1 hour. The cost includes tuition and all supplies for the session, a bottle of massage oil, a guide to baby massage booklet, refreshments, certificate and a surprise gift.
