If you are pre, peri, or post menopausal, and want to know what to expect, or understand why you are experiencing the many symptoms of peri/menopause and gain some ideas about what you can do to reduce your symptoms, this group is for you. Any age is welcome; you just need a passion to support other women and empower yourself for good, so you can feel energised, fulfilled and full of joy for this powerful stage of your life.

We usually meet every third Monday of the month at MOTH HQ . Details will be forwarded  after you have purchased your place
