Baby Massage is the perfect activity for you to do with your baby and it will help with all of these things and more.

What is included in the course?

• Comprehensive support and instruction from an award winning, qualified and fully insured practitioner and therapist.
• 6 weekly, 1 hour sessions teaching you different traditional massage routines each week, so that you learn a full body routine over the full course.
• A bottle of skin friendly oil to take home, to keep and to use in between sessions.
• A baby massage booklet which details the full body routine.
• Time to socialise and get to know fellow mummies and babies.

• A warm relaxed cosy & clean environment, all set up for your needs.

All you need to do is turn up with yourself and baby, wearing comfy clothes (Or your PJ’s….no judgement here!) because you will be sitting on the floor, but accommodations can easily be made if being on the floor is a problem for you.

Who is the course suitable for?

Babies from 6 weeks old to pre-crawling can attend the class.
If your baby has special needs, or is a different age, please contact me to discuss suitability of the class.

Where is the course held?

The course is held at my beautiful purpose-built bespoke studio in Whitstable, in the garden of my home.
There is ample free on street parking.

When does the next course start?
Friday 6th January 2023 between 11.30am and 12.30pm.

What do you need to do to secure your place?

• Full payment is required to secure your place.
  • A booking form will be sent to you and this needs to be returned prior to commencement of the class.

How much does the course cost?

Everything that is included in the course, is an investment for you and your little one:
One payment of £77 (saving £2).

The course may run for 6 weeks, but the skills you learn can be used for a lifetime.

What about the Dads?

Baby massage is a truly wonderful activity for Dads to be able to do with their baby too.

Baby massage hugely empowers Daddy, so that he can be more actively involved in baby’s care and routine, giving them positive tools, to soothe and nurture their new baby.

So, I have created a special Daddy workshop.

The Daddy and baby workshop helps Daddy to feel more in control, build the best possible bond and relationship with baby, learning the full massage routine.

The workshop runs for approximately 1.5 hours and you are welcome to be on hand, if needed, relaxing with a cuppa and other mummies, in the comfort of my home.

It is a relaxed session, with time for a break if needed and it’s a fabulous opportunity for Daddy to meet up with other Daddies too.

These workshops are simply a magical opportunity.
