Payment and Cancellation policy:
Please note that payment is required in full to secure an appointment.
Please give 48 hours cancellation notice; if you are unable to attend. Full payment will be required for non attendance or insufficient notice.
7 days cancellation notice is required for pamper events, group and workshop bookings. No refunds will be given with less than 7 days notice. Full payment is required to secure your booking. Completion of a registration form is required 14 days prior to your event.
